Brunch Packs was shared to the homeless in Downtown, Los Angeles by Glory Creations Corporation (GCC) on Wednesday, December 23, 2020 to celebrate Christmas. The initiative was to support destitutes with meals during the festive season of Christmas, in order to bring a smile on their faces.
Meal Packs were also distributed to the impoverished in Ikorodu, Lagos, Nigeria the same day coordinated by Comfort Funmilayo Olugbodi, Gbenga Adewumi, popularly known as Guzlaw, Victoria Omowunmi Adebayo and Dipo Olugbodi.
Providing food to people in vulnerable situations in a single day in two different continents to celebrate 2020 Christmas was the aim of the initiator of the project, Yewande Olugbodi-Fagunwa. The Los Angeles project was coordinated by Yewande Olugbodi-Fagunwa popularly known as Olori Wendy and Solomon Fagunwa.
Glory Creations is a Christian nonprofit organization that focuses on providing succor, entertainment, fashion and creating income-generating pathways for poor and marginalized groups.
2020 Christmas Brunch Pack with Glory Creations is the first official meal project of Glory Creations Corporation. However, the initiator has partnered with other organizations for similar projects, and likewise privately coordinated charity projects prior to being incorporated.
