Bandits Request For Food Stuff After Kidnapping Bethel College Students

The bandits that kidnapped the 121 Bethel College Kaduna Students contacted the school to inform their parents that they will not kill any of the students, but that the kidnapped students will die of hunger as there were not enough food stuffs to cater to the victims. 

They requested the parents to deliver the following food items to them at a designated location otherwise the students would starve to death. They likewise insisted that ransom negotiations will only begin after the delivery.

1. 30 bags of rice.

2. 20 bags of beans.

3. 15 Jerricans of palm oil.

4. 20 cartoons of maggi

5. 10 bags of salt. etc

However, the school authorities delivered the following items: 

9 Bags of Rice 

1 Bag of Beans

2 Cartons of Maggi 

1 Bag of salt etc 

The bandits rejected the items because they were insufficient and not the quantity they requested.
