The Face of Niger Delta Cultural Pageant will commence the camping of the contestants beginning on August 5, 2021 at an undisclosed location in one of the Niger Delta States.
The reason of the undisclosed location is for the safety of the contestants as well as for full concentration of the contestants during the camp. However, provisions have been made for the security of the contestants according to the FONDCUP initiator popularly known as Elizabeth Era.
Victoria Omowunmi Adebayo, representing Miss Ondo State for the FONDCUP pageant shares her optimism in winning the crown with Olori Wendy Blog.
"I am fully prepared for the pageant, ever since I bought the form, I have been working towards winning the crown. I started learning the art of Make Up at Seunmie Beauty Studio, I have been learning how to tie Gele, and also been familiarizing with beauty pageants routines on social media," Victoria said.
While there are many pageant events in Nigeria yearly, FONDCUP is set to be a pacesetter, according to the initiator, Elizabeth.
"This pageant will change the lives of the contestants and winners meaningfully. They will actually work with the positions and use their titles to change the lives of others around them. This is a positive life-changing event for the young ladies," Elizabeth said.
However, public voting will set in motion in September after the three weeks camp and the grand finale is slated for October 2021.
