Honorable Olubunmi Tunji-Ojo (BTO), the federal lawmaker representing Akoko North East and North West, Ondo State federal constituency paid a contest visit to Nigerian President, Muhammadu Buhari in Kastina on July 22, 2021 ahead his second term ambition.
In May, he presented two bills seeking to amend the Minerals and Mining, and the Tertiary Education Trust Funds Acts. His constituency will benefit immensely if the bills are passed.
Also, he provided 1000 UTME forms and tutorials for students in Akoko North East/North West constituency. The tutorials covered nine subjects across eight tutorial centers.
In June, he distributed free medical drugs and surgical outreach during the Olubunmi Tunji-Ojo Medical Outreach to over 20,000 Akoko residents at different locations which includes George's Anglican Church, Okeagbe Akoko (The Hill City), Ajowa Akoko, Specialist Hospital Complex, Ikare Akoko as well as at St. Gregory Mega School, Ikare Akoko.
He projects his transparency with the media about his progress in Ondo State at any given opportunity. In June, he connected with the media through the BTO Media Parley in Akure, Ondo State, to share his plans of developing Akoko North East/North West constituency and his aim to transform Ikare-Akoko into an urban center.
Every month, multiple projects have been achieved. Some of his ongoing and comtinous projects include reconstruction of roads. New roads are being constructed like the Okeagbe-Afin Road.

He will be attending the Niger Delta Youth Impact Summit 2021 on July 30, 2021 as a keynote speaker at the Ibom e-library, Uyo-Awka Ibom State.
He is recognised and endorsed by the four Kabiyesis (Kings) and traditional rulers of Okeagbe Akoko, Ondo State. Also HRM Kabiyesi Oba Akadiri Momoh, the Olukare likewise endorses him as his preferred candidate.
