Man Brutally R*ped An 11-yr-Old Primary School Pupil In Lokoja

A 21-year-old mechanic, Ojodale Ameh, has been remanded in prison custody by a Lokoja Chief Magistrate’s Court for allegedly raping an 11-year-old girl.
Ojodale Ameh was charged with unlawfully having carnal knowledge of a minor against her consent, an offence contrary to Section 283 of the Penal Code.
The prosecutor, Mrs Beauty A. Nwadiae, told the court that on January 15, one Elizabeth Idoko of Ibecheba area of Idah reported the matter at the Dividional Police Headquarters, Idah.
According to the prosecutor, Idoko had just returned home from the market when she heard noise emanating from her room. The prosecutor added that when Idoko opened the door, she saw her 11-year-old sister crying.
“On inquiry, the primary school pupil told her that Ojodale Ameh dragged her into a room, pulled off her pants and r*ped her,” the prosecutor said.
When the accused was to take his plea, Nwadiae told the court that investigation into the case was on-going and asked for adjournment to enable the police complete their work.
Chief Magistrate Alhassan Hussaini granted the application for an adjournment and ordered that the accused be remanded at the Federal Prisons, Idah.
