The valentine celebration with widows and old women in Okpella organized
by Queen Blessing foundation went successfully without hitches.
With Media Personnels and Guest artistes, the people of Okpella in
Edo state, experienced a different kind of fun they had never
experienced before. Amazingly, such event in that kingdom was the first
of it's kind and it was highly accepted with love and enthusiasm.
Present to support the Love show media-wise was City People, Time out
with Amidat which airs on NTA, Olori Wendy's Blog and others.
Female musician oyinkansola was likewise present to perform as well as
Wendy who sang the National anthem. Local musicians Ebo and Major were
also there to thrill the audience.
However, the highlight of the celebration was the distribution of
gifts like wrappers, shoes,bags etc to the widows and old women in the
kingdom which they received with much delight and appreciation.
All in all, it was quite a splendid lovers days celebration for those whose lovers are out of this world.
