Christ Apostolic Church, The Youth and Covid-19
Despite the lockdown that has cause disruption and inability to worship together as usual for some churches around the world. The Christ Apostolic Church EDCC , has seen a lockdown as being used by God to strengthen his church in a new way. There have being fervent prayer movement and sound Bible study that result in increase number of congregants and great unity among members under their leadership- THE SUPRINTENDENT Pastor Femi Olaluwoye, a man of intergrity, seasoned in the Word and known to be a prophet and a great teacher by calling; who also celebrated his birthday virtually online on May 21st, 2020.
The Virtual birthday celebration had notable presence of great men of God like the Regional Superintendent Pastor Dr T.A.O Agbeja of CACNA Latunde regional, Pastor Joseph the Latunde region secretary, Pastor, Hezekiah Ilufoye, PhD (Theology), the SUPERVISOR of the Latunde Region Good Women Association, Pastor Dr. Famojuro, the SUPRINTENDENT of CAC First in the Americas, Pastor Shola Rotimi the CAC SUPRINTENDENT from South Florida, Lady Evan. Dr. Janet Fashakin; the Good Women leader of Latunde region and also a Senior Attorney & CEO of Fashakin & Associates, PC Law Firm, New York and with other anointed men and women of God in attendance.
Following the lock down, the youth department of the EDCC are getting more stronger than ever before. They have began to look critically to reasons why the church loosing the Youth. Light will be casted on that topic as another edition of EDCC Youth Meeting will be holding on Saturday, May 23rd, 2020.
The EDCC Youth Meeting's theme for this convention "Laying a solid foundation," is a continuation to the previous forum dated 16th May, 2020.
Youths from all denomination in Northern America are invited to this convention which focuses on getting more youths to embrace Christianity in a secular world. The sub-topic "WHY WE ARE LOSING OUR YOUTHS" aims at targeting the cause of fewer youths involved in Christianity and it's effect in the world, as well as the solution to having more active Christian youths not only in Northern America but all over the world.
The conveners overseeing the forum is the EDCC Supretendent, Pastor Olufemi Olaluwoye and the EDCC Youth Coordinator, Pastor Bolaji Oladunni of Christ Apostolic Church North America, Youth and Young Adult Ministry, EDCC Chapter, 1132, East Tremont, Bronx, New York.
In a chat with Pastor Bolaji Oladunni of Christ Apostolic Church, Bronx, New York, he shared that more youths need to be closer to God, and participate in church activities. He also enlightened that there are blessings benefited by being involved as a church member or as a born again Christian youth.
The Saturday, May 23rd edition is scheduled for 4:00pm till 5:30pm.

Participants are to set the standard by being punctual to the meeting.
