NIGERIAN ARTISTE LAMBOGINNY PLEADS FOR SEXUALLY ABUSED GIRL

I got a message from rave making music artist who is also an ambassador for NDLEA in Nigeria, Lamboginny. This artiste has been involved in a lot of charity works, however in this plea for support, this is a situation that is currently new he is handling. Read below his message

"I just got a call from a young girl that broke my heart; please read. Her name is Gift and her father started abusing her sexually at the age of 6. Being a little girl she didn't know what to do or who to speak to. From toying with her private parts he advanced to penetration when she was 11 and continued until she was 12yrs old. I asked her why she didn't tell anyone and she responded that her father threatened to kill her if she ever told anyone, so she was afraid. At 12 she decided to risk it all by telling her mum who thought she was trying to make things up. Although she later found out that the abuse was really happening, she did not really do anything about it all in the name of saving her marriage. Now Gift is 20yrs old and she has two children (both girls) already from two different guys.

My heart is broken writing this message but I just want us to help Gift because she's just a victim of incest and now she needs help. Her father and mother are still living together like nothing ever happened. Gift is worried about her first daughter who lives with her parents because she can't take care of both girls; she doesn't even have a place of her own right now and is praying her baby doesn't experience what she went through. Her second child is with her moving from one location to another in search of hope and assistance.
