Billionaire Judge Withdraws From Saraki's Case

Billionaire Judge wiithdraws 4rm Dr Bokola Saraki's Case Over saharareporters invesgative,Justice Abdukadir Abdu-Kafarati, was supposed to rule on Kwara State's Saraki trial, but after the report by Sahara, it was alleged that he had just withdrawn from the case.

It was revealed that the Judge is known to assist the rich and powerful to abort the efforts of the Economic and financial crimes commission (EFCC) and other security agencies.

However, Justice Kafarati, on his part, has several petitions against him before the EFCC and the National Judicial Council. An EFCC investigation into his financial dealings shows he was found with a vast treasure chest of N2billion in his private account.  He claimed he realized the funds from farming.
