Lagosians Bitterly Complaining About Their Governor Ambode

When Fashola the former Lagos state Governor began his cleaning up of the state. Lot of angry moans were out initially because of the demolition of houses and shops, for the expansion of the roads, which was later sorted out between land owners and the Government, but before the end of his tenure, screams of applause were heard everywhere in Lagos and other states to the extent of him winning a second term plus many awards of excellence.

Lagosians who supported and voted the new Governor, Akinwunmi Ambode in to win because of the APC party Fashola belonged to are now seriously getting vexed with him, claiming, he is basically not working since he has been sworn in. 

They are wondering if Ambode will ever come to work as Lastma, the traffic police are no longer working, therefore causing ceaseless traffic all hours of the day. Lagos State residents are also weeping day and night because of the high rate of robberies, as the robbers operate even in the broad day light publicly.

Popular Oshodi Market located on the mainland of Lagos is also back to chaos, and the streets are littered with thrash. 

The hope for continuation of where Fashola stopped is dimmed as it seems Ambode is not ready to finish off from where his predecessor stopped, in as much as he continues smiling in public, the masses are not deceived and want positive results. They claim to have seen no positive change which they voted for since he was sworn in.

However if Governor Akinwunmi Ambode can recall that the people's vote now count, which is why he won against other Governorship candidates, one bets he better starts working before he gets kicked out for the second term and for other political appointment, as his godfather might not be able to save his career.
