Publisher of Sahara Weekly magazine/Online, Femi Oyewale is one of the latest land owners in the country presently as he just signed an ambassadorial deal with Numaville and got a plot of land worth N10m, as part of the deal benefits.
Numaville is an initiative of Dr. Akin Olowookere, former Board Chairman of Ondo State Land & Housing Corporation, in partnership with the Federal Ministry of Lands, Housing & Urban Development, Abuja.
It was also gathered that Dr. Akin has an estate, Zion golden city, which has over 500,000 hectares of land on it and he is well known among corpers, students as a very cheerful giver. Over the year, he has given countless number of first class graduates, and corpers lands in Ondo and has made them landlords.
Numativille Megacity is another project, it is located in Abuja and it has 2,200 plots of land on it. It is a national project and it has gotten lot of endorsement from individuals, government, foreign investors and the federal government of Nigeria.
In a way of giving back to the society, to those that have been a great partaker in the development of the country, Dr. Akin Olowookere has allocated 200 plots to Individuals, celebrities, Models, nollywood actor/ actresses, Media practitioners.
According to his spokes person, Jonathan Daniel, CEO Jodela intergrated services, the many plots of land are for developments aimed at attracting tourists, foreign investors, companies, etc for the better look of Nigeria and that Federal Government is set to Launch the National Unity book of records ( NUBOR ) on independence day affiliated with the Nigerian Unity Museum & Trade Tourism Megacity.
In addition, Nollywood actor, Yomi Gold , also signed a new endorsement deal with Numatville Mega City, in Abuja and Just like Ruggedman, LKT,Femi Branch,WeirdMC, Kiss Daniel, Minjin, Others got a plot of land at Nollywood Quarters.
