Cecilia Ibrus’ Son, Rode’s Death: Food Poisoning Alleged

It’s no longer news that the former boss of Oceanic Bank, Cecilia Ibru is bereaved. The embattled banker lost her son, Rode to the cold hands of death a few days ago. While the society are asking question in a low tone as regards the real cause of the early exit of the 34-year old boy. A family source, however, revealed to us that, food poison was alleged to have cut short the life span of the promising child.

Our source  didn’t state how, where and why, however, it was gathered that the family didn’t want to dig into much detail about his death, reason he was speedily buried without autopsy to avoid any form of unnecessary noise about his death.

It’s an open secret that there is no bond whatsoever  between the Olorogun Michael Ibru’s children and Mrs. Cecilia, so, if there is anyone who is seriously bruised by this incident, it’s no other person than the disgraced banker who is now keeping a low profile.

As they say in Africa that you don’t talk bad of the dead, the deceased, Rode actually had his own vices too like every other man, however, he will always be remembered for his dexterity in filmmaking and passion for cinematography.
