The term leadership is not complete without followership and there is biblical prescription that states that “My people perish for lack of Vision”.Inversely I say” the Vision perish  for Lack of people”. Why so many might ask ? And the singular reason is that many leaders have not understood that there are procedures,guidelines and principles to apply before you can get people especially the most difficult of people to follow after you.
