Big Blaed began his music career in 2008 as a member of his church choir. However, he recorded his first single over a decade later in 2019.
Choosing Afro Pop as his genre of music identity, he hopes to collaborate with award-winning artistes like Wizkid, Davido, Burna Boy and Olamide. In making that a reality, his record label is working towards a music featuring with Wizkid.
Big blaed is currently working on his extended playlist which will include seven tracks and feature some of his favorite artists. His extended playlist is targeted to be released on several digital platforms by 2021 Christmas season.
"My music teaches my fans good morals, life and love," he said.
His music video was shot in Dubai, United Arab Emirates and he shared some of his experiences in comparison to his Nigerian music encounters
"I had a good experience when I was shooting because of the support from my families and friends. However, upon arriving Nigeria in March, 2020, I observed that music is money and anyone who does not have enough money cannot do it. I likewise noticed the intimidations. I see many good artistes on the streets but they lack funds to push their career," he said.
As a prospective artiste, he shared his inspiration and advice to other aspiring artistes as inspired by producer and musician, Guzlaw.
"To be successful in music, it takes a lot of patience, endurance, hardwork, consistency and creativity," he said
Big Blaed looks forward to capturing fans with his music, looks and style, during the festive season of Christmas when his recordings will be ready.
